Dear friends I think we should be aware of Corona Virus, especially for any group events we do, but we shouldn’t let it distract us from our mission(s) and we must not let fear override our common sense. Of course we must take precautions, but we mustn’t shut down our lives. There are energetic ways to protect ourselves as well as opportunities to boost our immune systems. For example we can use this time to stay away from sugar and starch (sugar) and perhaps take up intermittent fasting and stay away from fast foods. We have an opportunity to use Corona as a catalyst to change the way we think. And especially to get others to change the way they think. We have an opportunity to investigate how short our lives are and how much work we still need to do.
